Annual Action Plan of the State and Budget allocation by the GoI, <\/li>\n\t
Projected requirement<\/li>\n\t
Release of State Share<\/li>\n\t
Deposit of unspent balance of all programme, interest thereon and due State share for the preceding year to the SNA Account of the State<\/li>\n\t
Pace of utilization of funds released earlier<\/li>\n\t
SHS allocates and releases funds to DHS depending upon their individual performance and requirement on quarterly\/six-monthly basis<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t

District Societies will ensure disbursement of funds for various activities and to entities like NGOs, PPs, Medical Colleges etc. as per their intended objectives and action plans. District will monitor the utilization of funds and ensure optimum utilization of funds released to them.<\/li>\n\t
The State Society is empowered to reallocate budgetary allocation between the various sub-heads and between the districts. However, revised allocation should continue to comply with the norms issued by the CTD for each of the sub-heads.<\/li>\n\t
District Societies can also reallocate the approved budget for each sub-head to the extent of 15% of the original allocation<\/strong><\/span> under the recipient head, under the intimation to the State Society. Proposal for reallocation above this limit shall be sent to the SHS for approval.
