The district health action plan has outlined the key objectives to achieve, targets, gaps in the various areas (DPTB), priorities areas, activities with required budget.
During the preparation of NHM PIP, each activity of the microplan should be budgeted as per the requirements. The NHM PIP different heads should be aligned with microplan and budget requirements. Once the NHM PIP gets approval and distributed to the districts, the financial allocation and related process have to be followed in coordination with the States.
The State and Districts should adhere the budget sheet format while financial distribution and also the microplan should cover the concerned programmatic activity approved / suggested in RoP.
All set targets / indicators should be supported with strategies, activities, sub activities and timeline to complete with role and responsibility of the health staff. A micro plan with all these details should be developed and disseminated to the respective health staff after receiving the RoP.
